WHAT IS A FREELANCER

A freelancer is a person who works on not regular basis, he is not an employee of a company on payroll,  he is not compelled to go to the workplace on regular basis, a freelancer is in the sense a person who can work apart from home and workplace.

He may work part time and full time, a freelancer works according to his natural and acquired skills, or skill set, he can take work according to what skills he has acquired.

According to companies they want to hire freelancers because they do not want to pay them a fix income or keep them on payroll or regular basis.

They pay them according to the job and time to time as they accomplish their assigned tasks, this in turn make profit to companies by saving money to give salary to regular employees.

A freelancer do so because they don’t want to work under pressure of seniors and others, they don’t want to go to the workplaces daily and tie up themselves with the companies, they want to work from home and want to become their own boss,  They can work with their own schedule any time, any places.

A freelancing job take too much time to gear up in his job.

A freelancer has no direct contact with the company so he may face some problem related to their work.

Sometime a freelancer loose a job which he has got hardly after many efforts, the jobs are not random.

Some time freelancer choose some companies which are fraud, or they they choose some work which will not pay him, they do not get any payment for them.

Other problem is that freelancers did not get the significant projects in which they have expertise or experience.

Some companies and job providers make delay in payment to the freelancers, this may be due to the payment options filled by freelancers, they get problem in getting payments.
